MHBQ Developments take on the challenges of transforming run down, tired buildings that no-one in the community wants, into modern, stylish homes for first time buyers and young professionals.

Founder of MHBQ Developments, Aaisha Qureshi, was frustrated by the extent of the housing shortage when there were so many unused commercial buildings in local communities across the North West. The most simple solution was to transform these buildings into places that people in need of housing could call home.

To achieve Aaisha's vision, MHBQ Developments work with a team of specialists with decades of combined experience in their professional sectors and a shared drive to build affordable housing out of unloved buildings.

Permitted Development rights for commercial and light industrial properties allows us to take on the challenge of renovating these buildings and changing the landscape for the better.
